Shipping - Shipping is free if your order is over $50.00 and you are within the continental United States. Please provide a physical address and not a PO Box for the shipping address. UPS can not deliver to a PO Box. Pepper sprays are not allowed to be shipped by any method other than Ground.

International Shipping - Pepper Sprays can not be shipped outside the United States. There are no exceptions.

Return Policy - We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days at your expense. Please do not return a used pepper spray. Contact us prior to returning the item so we can give you an RMA number.
